LAWSON FOR KIDS CLUB PROGRAM - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Lawson for Kids Club Program is administered by Morguard Investment Ltd, as Property Manager for Lawson Heights Mall, herein after known as the Organizer. By registering for a membership in the Lawson for Kids club program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

    1. * Only children aged 2 to 8 years old who are represented by a parent or legal guardian are eligible to be registered as a member of the Lawson for Kids club program.
    1. To register for a membership, the member’s Parent or Legal Guardian must complete the electronic form available at http://lawsonheightsmall.ca/kids-club, and embedded liability waiver and club activity consent. Registration is free.
    1. The Membership Card is non-transferable, and will have a unique identification number and must be presented at all club events. Replacement cards will be available by emailing: lawson@morguard.com.
    1. Membership in the Kids Club is valid from the point of registration online, until the member’s 9th birthday (“Term”), subject to cancellation and termination rights in clause 6.
    1. Benefits of membership may include:
      • promotional offers and membership privileges at participating outlets at Lawson Mall;
      • special promotional offers and privileges during the birthday month of the Member;
      • access to invite-only Lawson Kids Club Program events and activities.
    1. The Parent or Guardian of a member may terminate their membership and stop all related communications by emailing lawson@morguard.com or by presenting the Membership Card for cancellation at the Customer Service Desk at Lawson Heights Mall.
    2. The Organizer for Lawson for Kids club program may at it sole discretion terminate a membership or the Lawson For Kids club program at any time without notice, for any reason.
